Dr. Leach graduated from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 1976. In 1977 he purchased a dental practice in Healdsburg, California and has been a dentist here since. He believes in providing his patients with the best in oral care, and continues to upgrade his knowledge and treatments for his patients. Dr. Leach is an active member of the community. He has been married to his wife Carol for thirty-seven years. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking, water and snow skiing, flying his airplane, backpacking, gardening, and spending time with his grandkids. |
Debbie is our office manager. She has been in the dental profession over thirty-five years and has had her Registered Dental Assistant license since 1983. She has spent the last twenty-five years with Dr. Leach, working in both the front and back office capacities. She lives in Santa Rosa with her husband, Ron, Beau the beagle, and has two children in college. Her hobbies include quilting, gardening and backpacking.

Christi, our scheduling coordinator, has enjoyed working in the dental field since 1993. She has worked at Dr. Leach since August of 2003. When you call Dr. Leach’s office to schedule an appointment, you will most likely talk with Christi. She is a native of Healdsburg and likes to work in the town she grew up in. Christi enjoys taking long walks, shopping and reading. She is the mom of two beautiful daughters, and loves to do things with them such as watching movies or going to the park and enjoying a picnic. | Celia is a Sonoma County native. She resides in Healdsburg with her son Gabriel. Celia graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Santa Rosa Junior College in 2000. Since then she has worked in general dentistry and orthodontics. |

After graduating from high school in Santa Rosa Erin attended UC Davis where she earned a BS in Dietetics and a BA in Exercise Science. She then went to Santa Rosa Junior College in order to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. Erin is a member of the ADHA, CDHA, and the RDHS where she is serving as secretary. Erin's interests include hiking, yoga, soccer, cooking, and traveling. She and her husband Mike, also enjoy winemaking at home in Healdsburg. |  |
Gratiniana was born in Cuba and came to the United States in 1971. She lived in New Orleans until the catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina hit the state of Louisiana. |

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Kathy B. received her certificate in Dental Assisting in 1993, from SRJC. Kathy joined our team in 2004. She has been happily married for ten years to her husband David. They have three children, Barry, Katie and Andrew. Her hobbies include camping, shopping and spending time with family and friends. |

Marsha is a 1993 graduate of Diablo Valley College Dental Hygiene program. She is a member of California Dental Hygienists' Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association and has been part of the hygiene team at Dr. Leach’s office since 1998. Marsha lives in Healdsburg with her husband and enjoys traveling, camping, beaches and shoes. | |

Kathy K. has been in the dental field since 1985. She is a member of California Dental Hygienists' Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association. She was a Registered Dental Assistant for six years before graduating in 1991 from Loma Linda University with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. She completed the Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice Program at the University of the Pacific, San Francisco in December 2004 and established On The Go Dental Hygiene, a mobile dental hygiene service to meet the needs of the homebound and disabled. Kathy has worked for Dr. Leach since 1998. Kathy is also currently employed by Outsource Resources Support Services as an Infection Control and OSHA Compliance consultant. When she isn’t spreading the word about the importance of oral health, Kathy spends time sailing with her two children, Zach and Isabel and her husband Ed. |  |
Liz has lived in Sonoma County for the past twenty years. She is originally from the state of Jalisco, Mexico, but moved to the US at the age of two. Liz is a very busy college student pursuing a career in both nursing and dental hygiene. She has worked in the dental field for the past six years, in both general and oral surgery. Liz has been working as a dental assistant for Dr. Leach for a year. In her spare time Liz enjoys spending time with her five Chihuahuas. She loves to shop for her herself and her dogs. |

Letty has been working in the dental field since 1995. She attended SRJC and obtained her Registered Dental Assistant license in 1997. She loves her job and enjoys working with people every day. Outside of work she enjoys shopping, listening to music and spending time with her twelve-year-old daughter. |  |
Michelle is our bookkeeper. Along with handling the accounts payable for Villaggio Dental, Michelle also maintains the books for several of Dr. Leach’s business entities, as well as bookkeeping for another local business owner in town. A California native she grew up in San Jose and moved to Healdsburg in 1999 where she currently lives with her husband Erik, two children, Felicia and Taelor and family pets: Sasha (pug) and Gunner (shepard). She enjoys traveling, water sports, camping and spending time with her family. | |

Nadine was born and raised in Santa Rosa. She is proud to be a fifth generation Sonoma County resident. She completed a bachelors degree in dental hygiene from Idaho State University and a Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from The University of Iowa. Since college graduation she has lived and practiced dental hygiene in California, Arizona, Alaska, Minnesota, and Iowa. She has practiced dental hygiene for twenty-six years and has taught dental hygiene at the University of Iowa and SRJC. She is a member of California Dental Hygienists' Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association. Nadine and her husband Gary have been busy over the last three years building their new home in Windsor. Nadine’s interests include horseback riding and dog agility training. |  |
Our Financial Coordinator, Sue, became a member of our team in May 2006. She has 15 years experience in both the dental and banking fields and brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to our office. She enjoys gardening, reading and going to the gym to work out. She also likes to watch movies and go dancing. Sue spends much of her free time with her children Bob and his wife Megan and Bill and his wife Penny. She has also had the great joy of welcoming her first grandchild, Pressley, into the family.

Suzanne and her family moved to Healdsburg from Southern California in 1978. Suzanne graduated from Los Angeles School of Medical & Dental Assistants in 1965. She worked as a dental assistant for a year before marrying her husband Bill, and two years after that, and then took 20 years off to raise their two children, Ryan and Leanne. In 1988, Suzanne obtained her Registered Dental Assisting License and has worked part time in Healdsburg ever since. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren. She and her husband love traveling and fishing whenever they can. | |||
